We have an in-game calendar that will let us schedule events/sign-up for events all without having to minimize the game! If you want to schedule an event or see what someone else has going on this is a great tool. It's simple to use and very helpful. To download and run - *You will need to download (link at the bottom of post) and unzip the file into your... World of Warcraft/interface/add-ons folder. *Once that is done open and run WOW the calender will self install. *At the character screen click Add-ons button (located in your botton left hand corner) to be sure it is installed and checked to load. *When you enter the game look on your Mini Map and you will see an Icon in the area of the Sun/Moon, click it to open the calendar. Once you do that ask a guild officer and they can help you configure the address Download link...> Group Calendar

Hello, I guess I'm the new kid on the block! Anyway, I've been having problems locating someone to help me configure this mod. If anyone can assist me...I would appreciate it! First ya download the mod into your World of Warcraft/Interface/Add ons folder, you un zip it there. Then in game when you get to the character screen, *the one ya use to pick what character you will play) at the bottom left corner you will see an Addon button. Click it to see that the Calendar is loaded and enabled. Then when ya log into the game you will see (up on your mini map a lil Icon that is the calendar, click it. **Once that screen opens click the tab at the bottom to set up the calendar. You can choose MANUAL configuragtion, then you select GUILD DATA channel, once that is done click the Connect button at the bottom and it will start to update, this will find our game address we use for our guild. Sometimes it takes a few minutes before it syncronizes but that's all ya need to do. Then poof when it's done you will see any events that are posted.

The New Updated Guild Calendar is out! Click here to get your copy ..> wow.curse.com/downloads/details/1958/
Be sure you install it into your Warcraft/Interface/Addon's folder. If it is not loaded there it will not show up. Go ahead had say yes to all when asked to overwrite all info. Once installed you can configure it in game, Check the ADDONS button at your charactr Screen to be sure it is there, then in game you open it but clicking your mini map moon/sun area. It will now show as a clock. Then the Set Up tab at the bottom. Choose Automatic Guild Data channel. Then the button in the middle to enable or Connect. It will take a few minutes to Sync but then you shoud begin seeing our new events.Important things to know Group Calendar 4 will not talk to version 3 or to betas of version 4. All guild/alliance members must upgrade before everyone will see and be able to sign up for all events again. Do not upgrade to 4.0 until your guild is ready to upgrade as a group. All release versions of GC4, including future releases, should work fine with any other release version of GC4. You MUST restart WoW to upgrade from GC3 to GC4. Group Calendar will warn you if you try to upgrade in-game with a reloadui and will disable itself until you restart WoW. Events you created will still be there when you upgrade, but all events from other players will be purged. They'll begin showing up again as those players upgrade to GC4. About Group Calendar Group Calendar allows guilds or groups of friends to share an in-game event calendar. The guild can post raid events and members can post events for dungeons they need to do quests for. Additionally, players can provide feedback to the event's sponsor saying that they will or won't be attending an event. Once installed Group Calendar replaces the minimap current time tooltip and sun & moon icon. This can be used to open the UI or it can be opened using the /calendar command.
