Here you will see the most frequently asked questions and their answers. Please check here first and then if you still need further information post your question on the I Need To Know board.
What is a 'Guild Event'?
* A guild event is any organized activity which includes our guild members. Those events should be such that at least half the people involved are members of our guild or one of our Allied guilds. Such as PVP in WSG, Instance Runs, Special Fun Events and group Questing. Guild Meetings are also an event but only open to current members. (see more below.
When do I get 'Promoted'?
* All promotions take place at our scheduled guild meetings. (with the exception of Protege, they earn their first rank when the welcome mail has been replied to giving the requested information) You need to have completed the objectives for that rank. You must be present at the Guild Meetings to get your promotion.
I have more than one character in the guild, do they all have to come to the meetings to get their promotions?
* If you have more than one character in the guild that has earned a promotion they do not all have to attend. Only the ones present will take place in the ceremony, the others not attending will get their promotion after the meeting, provided you had attended in at least one of your alts. (Many times members will camp their alts at the meting location so they can re-log the character they want on at a given time. This is not necessary unless you want them included in any screen-shots taken)
What are 'Guild Meetings' and do I have to attend?
*Guild meetings are formal events in which all members are strongly encouraged to attend. The content of the meeting will vary each week from welcomes to new members, informational round table, group discussions and planning, various fun activities (such as, dueling, role-play activities, marches, the list is endless). But - Promotions and/ or Recognitions will always take place at all meetings.
How can I be sure you know when I help other guildies or outside members?
* That's easy, send the guild leader an in game mail. If you initiated an instance event that was not already scheduled, helped out fellow guildies in their quests, shown a kindness to players outside our guild or taken a group of low level players outside the guild into a successful instance run tell us about it in a mail. Encouraging players to drop your guild leader a mail about your support and assistance is also a great idea.
I found a new player I want to recruit, how do I get them in the guild?
* Ask ANY of our Officers or Recruiters on-line to invite them. Then drop the guild leader a mail stating who you recruited.
Who can be a member of our guild?
* ANYONE! Also, while we are open to all new members please member we are looking for honorable, team spirited players who want to participate. The best way to find these players is to party with them and get to know them a little. Even then, a bad first impression does not mean they are a bad player they may have just had some rotten experiences that lead to that moment.
